Satisfy Your Hunger With These Crispy & Delicious Bread Cutlets

Bread cutlets, the perfect recipe for a cozy and enjoyable lunch at home on a weekend.

These spicy masala Bread Cutlets are a great addition to your tea time menu!

Ingredients for Bread Cutlets:

Potatoes(boil & mash) 2 large
Bread slices 6 pcs
Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli 4-5
Chopped green onion 2-3 stalks
Chili flakes 1 tea sp
Chat Masala 11/2 tea sp
Salt as required
Egg ( beaten) 1pcs
Oil for frying
Water half cup.

Method:

In a bowl mix mash potatoes, egg, spices, all the chopped veggies and mix well.
Make six balls out of the potato mixture, a little large in size than a kofta.
Wet palm of your hand with water, place a bread slice on it, slightly press with your other hand, making the slice a little moist.
Now place one potato ball in center of bread slice, flatten to make a patty, carefully cover it with the bread slice, shape it into a cutlet with applying moist hands.
In the same manner make six cutlets.
Heat oil in a shallow frying pan a n, fry the cutlets on medium low heat on both sides until golden.
Keep the flame low, thus will allow the bread cutlets from burning.
