Memoni Kebabs: Ramazaan Recipes

Memoni Kebabs

Memoni Kebabs, Ramazaan Recipes, Ramadan Recipes

This quick and easy Memoni Kebabs Recipe will soon become a family favourite!

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince 500 grams
  • Salt 1.5 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves freshly chopped 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves freshly chopped 1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies 2 sliced
  • Onion medium sized chopped 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bajra Flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix salt, red chilli, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, coriander, mint leaves and green chillies in a bowl.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients with mince.
  3. Right before deep frying add yogurt, egg and bajra flour. Then shape them into small balls and fry.
