Chapli Kebab Recipe – Make it Tonight!

The Chapli Kababs are always enjoyed by young and old alike. At tea time, dinner time, snack time, anytime, Chapli Kebabs are a sure winner at the table.  This recipe is simple to follow. Click on the video link below  to view full recipe in just under 2 minutes! Make them tonight! (Make sure you have all the ingredients!)

For CHAPLI KABABS, You Will Need:

Qeema (Minced Beef): 2 Kg

Hara Dhania (Chopped): 1/2 Cup

Tomatoes (Chopped): 2

Onions (Chopped): 2

Green Chillies (Chopped): 8

Channa Powder: 2 Tbsp

Dried Roasted Dhania (Coriander Seed): 2 Tbsp

Crushed Red Chillies: 2 Tbsp

Roasted Zeera (Cumin seed): 1 Tbsp

Anaar Daana: (Dried Pomegrannate Seeds): 2 Tbsp

Ginger paste: 1 Tbsp

3 Eggs

Oil for Frying

Salt to taste

Method:

Mix all ingredients well.

Shape into kababs ( Watch video below)

Heat oil in frying pan and gently lower the kebabs in to a fairly hot frying pan. Fry on each side for 4=5 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with fresh salad leaves, onions and tomatoes and/or yogurt chutney.
