Weekend Pay Dessert Tau Banta Hai – And with Food Fusion, it’s a win, win all the way!

There’s always room for dessert! This decadent combination of coffee, brownie, cream and toffee will urge you to race to your kitchen and treat yourself to the indulgent flavours that tempt you with this super delicious layered dessert! We give you the recipe for this irresistible blend.

Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups
Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup
Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
Anda (Egg) 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp –
Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
Cocoa powder 3 tbs
Corn flour ¼ Cup
Whipping cream 1 Cup
Icing sugar ¼ Cup
Instant coffee 1 tbs
Pani (Water) 1 tbs
Coffee candy as needed Assembling:
Brownie crumbled ad required
Chocolate custard
Coffee whipping cream
Coffee candy crushed
Directions:
In wok, add milk, sugar, whisk well and bring it to boil. In a separate bowl, add milk, egg, vanilla essence, salt, cocoa powder, corn flour and whisk well. Now add ¼ Cup of heated milk and whisk well continuously. Gradually pour this cocoa powder mixture into hot milk, whisk continuously while cooking and cook on low flame until custard is thick (approx. 6-8 minutes) & let it cool down. In a bowl, add whipping cream and beat well. Add icing sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. In instant coffee, add water and mix well. Add dissolve coffee in whipping cream and beat until well combined, add in the piping bag & refrigerate until use. Crush coffee candy with the help of the kitchen hammer & set aside.
Assembling:
In serving glass, add crumbled brownie, coffee whipping cream, crushed coffee candy, prepared chocolate custard, coffee whipping cream, and crushed coffee candy. Refrigerate until chilled & serve!
