9 Fitness Tips from Hareem Farooq

Hareem has been looking picture perfect lately, sporting a healthy glow that speaks of the many hours of hard work she invests in the gym and in her daily life. This month we decided to get in touch with Hareem Farooq and ask her about her fitness journey. We have for you, nine Fitness tips that helped Hareem achieve her weight loss goals and embark on the road to a healthier mind and body!  Well, now you can decide to get healthy too! Just follow Hareem’s 9 Fitness tips to achieve YOUR fitness goals to a healthier 2019!

1. Drink Lemon and Ginger water in the morning

The first thing that Hareem does before having breakfast is drinking lemon and ginger water in the morning.

2. Never miss the most important meal of the day: Breakfast

Breakfast is so important as it keeps her full and gives her energy during the day to perform her day’s activities.

3. Eat Small Meals throughout the Day

Instead of having three whole meals, Hareem prefers to have smaller meals throughout the day that help keep her full so she doesn’t indulge in unhealthy snacking.

4. Workout at least 4 Times a Week!

Workout helps one stay healthy but also aids in weight loss. Hareem makes sure to workout at least 4 times a day.

5. HYDRATE YOURSELF

Drinking a lot of water is not a closely guarded secret yet many people forget to follow it. Hareem emphasizes that she makes sure to drink a lot of water during the day.

6. Get Your 8 Hours

Even with such a tiring and hectic work schedule Hareem makes sure to have enough sleep at night. Its essential for one to sleep for at least 8 hours a day.

7. Pilates Your Way to a Stronger You

Hareem enjoys her Pilates as it has helped her with her lower back issues. Pilates has given her an inner strength.

8. Count Your Steps When You Travel

Travelling is a must for Hareem’s work and it’s so important for her to stay fit while travelling. Her stay-fit tip when travelling is to workout or just make sure to walk around and get in her daily steps.

9. LOVE Yourself

LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST!!! Hareem believes that during this journey it’s important to be positive and love your self because whatever one feels inside, it starts to show on your face.
