If you have time you can DIY the recipes, however, if you’re busy with day to day life and are craving for something sweet, we’ve got you a quick fix solution.
Jarly.co has introduced dessert in a jar for the first time in Pakistan! Their slogan reads, “Entice your taste buds with layers and layers of taste!”. Based online in Lahore, Jarly.co has a plethora of dessert options to choose from. Today we’ll be sharing with you our top three picks from their website.
1) Custard Trifle
“Multiple layers of fruits, jellies, and vanilla custard, packed with the fluffiest vanilla sponge cake ever”.
Their Custard Trifle is a classic for the person who loves a good old-fashioned dessert that reminds them of the comforts of home. There’s nothing more soothing than vanilla custard on a hot summer day, and it’s sure to become one of their menu staples.
2) Choco Delight
“Alternating layers of chewy fudge brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and rich cream, with a drizzle of hazelnut chocolate”.
The Choco Delight is one of my favorites. It’s perfect for when you’re craving something super chocolatey but can’t decide whether you’d like brownies or chocolate chip cookies. This has it all! It even has cream and a rich drizzle of hazelnut chocolate which beautifully ties in everything together. Though, not their healthiest option, it’s definitely something that’ll stave off another chocolate panic for a while, hopefully.
“A delightful assortment of sweetheart biscuits, coconut icing, hazelnut chocolate, and lotus spread. Garnished with cream cheese frosting and freshly chopped walnuts”.
The Sweetheart is one of their most out-there creations. It’s for people who like trying out exotic flavors. The buttery sweetheart biscuits and the flavorful coconut icing are topped off with an assortment of deliciousness. Cream cheese, hazelnut chocolate, lotus spread and healthy additives such as walnuts make this something that people who like something rich.
Affordable & Environmentally Conscious
The best thing I like about the business is that they have glass jars that they serve their desserts in. Though they have a disposable option, the glass jars are more environmentally friendly since they can be recycled and reused.
Moreover, their prices are reasonably moderate. The disposable regular option is priced at 360 PKR, while the Regular glass jar is priced at 490 PKR and the large glass jar is priced at 790 PKR.
Will you be trying these out? Which one is your favorite, let us know in the comments down below.

Areesha Khan harbours a burning passion for writing. This is what she has to say for herself:
I’m your average Pakistani Millennial who loves binge watching trash-TV. When I can, I try to widen my horizons and watch profound works of cinematography as well. In the wild, I can be found sniffing my weathered paperbacks. I regularly obsess over true crime (much to the chagrin of my friends) and love discussing it unprompted. I’m currently working on my undergrad and would love to have a profession in print media.
