Lemon Electrolyte Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup washed spinach
- 1 banana
- 2-3 walnuts
- 2 dates
- 3 to 4 leaves mint leaves
- 1 lemon
- Half cucumber
- 1/3 cup of water
Blend and drink
Serves: 1
Nutritional Value: Around 300 calories
Adrak Lassi

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh chilled curd/ yogurt
- ½ piece ginger/ 1 tbsp crushed ginger
- ¼ piece of green chilli
- 1 pinch black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt (salt to taste)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 pinches cinnamon powder
- 1 ilaichi/ cardamom
- ½ cup water
Blend and drink
Serves: 1
Nutritional Value: Around 200-250 calories
