TikTok Stars are spilling over onto YouTube and the result is – A series of Web Series that are being rolled out as we speak, one after the other, much like an assembly line running full throttle. But let’s sift through the clutter and give you inside deets to what we consider might be worth a hulka phulka watch! The latest on the web series scene is none other than Zulqarnain Sikander and Romaisa Khan gracing the screen with MASTERS from Express TV.

Roomaisa khan
Masters! A new drama with a cool plot!

Oh kay!!! Four episodes of the drama serial Masters Inc has been released up till now but what made it so special that it’s still trending on YouTube even after a week of its release?

Written by Khurram Nizami, Directed by Aqeel Syed Tashi and produced by Ultimate Productions and Shuffler films is a story revolving around a group of friends belonging from different family backgrounds, having a different set of goals in their mind.

So grab’n up some snacks to munch on cause that’s your kind of a twisted & cool plot! (you don’t wanna miss!)

The Cast & Characters in Masters!

Masters
A fun filled and light hearted show!

Master Inc is set around a group of university friends lead by Rohan (Hamza Tariq Jamil) who has a soft heart for the poor and plans to become a philanthropist in future, whereas his mom (Beena Chaudhary) thinks he will manage the business his father has left behind. But what the future holds for him is quite unpredictable.

Rohan is friends with Aryan (Mojis Hassan) foodie of the group. He loves to dance – (apparently). Aryan is often spotted sporting ear pods and moving to the music.

Sarim (Zulqarnain Sikander) is potrayed as a person who lives a double life – with friends he is a a happy go lucky person full of life, but in reality, (like every middle class family) he has some issues to deal with back home

And Hoorain (Romaisa Khan) is a bookworm. She mostly likes to study and talk about science – some relevant and some not. She often begins her dialogue “meri science kehti hai” – pretty obvious she wants to become a scientist in future.

A story without a love angle? Nahh…

So here comes Alizay (Hina Ashfaq whom you might have spotted in drama Alif) a bold and confident girl, who loves to play the drums. THAT… is unique so everyone in college considers her Behaya haww… (thought we were over that).

Irfan Motiwala is shown as Sharfu – peon at the college. He knows everything and everyone in the college & this information allows him to earn a few extra bucks – the jasoosi element, if you get the drift!

The story up till now is light-hearted, quirky and fun to watch!

There are points where you will smile with Sarim and Aryan on their jokes, and fall in love with Rohan’s cuteness. Alizay keeps it interesting, she’s up to something new at university where everyone is judging her. The support she receives from the boys is breath of fresh air – Thank God for that!

The script flows well so far and the dialogues, especially Hoorain’s, are
quick-witted – Romaisa Khan‘s poise and expression make her character engaging. All the characters retain a degree of individuality. Yet the way they compliment and support each other is interesting to watch.

It will be too early to guess what the drama holds, whatever it is it, guess we’ll have to watch to find out!
