Daam drama
Daam is a must weekend watch!

The Story

Daam is a story of two best friends belonging to different social classes. But as simple as it sounds, it sheds a light on an ocean of complications. Starting from those who struggled for basics to those who possessed luxuries, their journeys were covered with perfection.

The Characters of Daam

Daam
Ecstatic performance in Daam!

The main characters were Zara (Sanam Balouch), Maliha (Aamina Sheikh) & Junaid (Adeel Hussain). There was no doubt that the supporting characters, each one of them, contributed in making Daam a wholesome package. Not even once was it felt that the side tracks were unexciting or had nothing to offer. The brilliant way they were handled made us want to know more about them!

The Brilliance of Daam

It is loved for the smallest of small details like tragedy, taunts, sacrifices, understandings, happiness & generosity that people experience in their daily lives were highlighted with the help of all the characters. Nothing was left for us to fill in the blanks.
All the characters were established with such sensitivity, that they embodied the strengths & weaknesses of human nature in its entirety.

The Cast

The show is directed by Mehreen Jabbar & this rare gem of a serial is like a tall, cool glass of water on a hot summer’s day.

With a list of amazing actors including Sanam Balouch, Aamina Sheikh, Sanam Saeed, Adeel Hussain and Behroze Sabzwari, Daam was penned beautifully.

The Script

Daam is one of those dramas that contributed to the revival of Pakistani dramas. Umera Ahmad has written each character with so much clarity, you can almost feel what they are going through!

Watch now and thank us later. A bowl of pop corn on the side is always a good idea!
