The APS Attack happened 6 years ago but we still strive to comprehend how parents of the injured and deceased are coping with the tragedy.

Today is the day when The Army Public School in Peshawer experienced horrific tragedy. While we seek reasons for why so many innocent lives were lost, with very few, if any answers. Let’s try & focus on the stories of courage, bravery, & resilience that give hope to the world. Three Kahanian that are worth telling after #APS

Army Public School Attack – 3 Stories That Gave Us Hope!

1. Daniyal Afzal’s Movie


“The Survivor” retraces the story of Muneeb, whose brother Shaheer was massacred in the unfortunate attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar in 2014. It is a tribute to memorialize the fallen angels & those who survived, living with the trauma

2. Rising from the Ashes after APS Attack!

Survivor Ahmed Nawaz went on to become the first Pakistani to receive the Diana award for anti-radicalization & secured an admission at the prestigious University of Oxford in UK. His brother perished in the attack.

3. An anonymous person living in the US helped a number of injured students by sending them to England to recover. She set up a Facebook page called Pakistanis Against Terrorism & initiated the process of networking with the victim’s families & survivors.
