Sajal and Ahad have become one of Pakistan’s most ‘shipped’ couple. They’re always giving couples goals IRL and making our hearts melt even though they keep things low-key on social media.

The two have made a name for themselves through hard work and dedication to their work. This brings us to the main point. In honour of their first wedding anniversary, we have rounded up the top 3 awe-worthy moments they gave us from their first drama, Yakeen Ka Safar, to the most recent, Yeh Dil Mera.
1. Yakeen Ka Safar
We first saw the couple together in Yakeen Ka Safar and they drove audiences ‘instantly crazy’. Literally. From that day on, fans started to ship them and prayed to see them together on-screen more often – and the rest is history, Need we even write the rest of the article? But why not, let’s give a shot to Sahad!
From YKS our favorite dialogue is: When hearts were set fluttering, goosebumps became a thing, and … oh well, read it for the millionth time to know what we mean!
Kabhi Kabhi dil Chahta hai raasta khatam na ho
Dr. Asfandyar
This scene was uber sweet and heartwarming. We could already feel the love in the air, no?

2. Aangan
Aangan gave us a spectacular story and a wonderful cast. Sajal graced our screen as the chulbuli Chammi and Ahad as Jameel just nailed it. Tbh, now that we think about it, it wouldn’t have been the same if anyone else took on these roles. Just because, sometimes the actors fit the role, and this one fit like a glove!
What’s our favourite quote, you ask? Well this one has to be …
Mein tere ishq mein deewani hun, tu hai shamma mein teri parwani hun.
Chammi
This one made us love Chammi even more (if that’s even possible). But more than that, we loved the nok jhok between the two and of course, Chammi’s charming character.

Oh, also for us the last scene really stood out for too, when Jameel Bhaiyya finally expresses his love for Chammi. Matlab itna pyara scene tha that the tears flowed magically – you know when you don’t even try to pretend you’re not crying? – THAT’s how cry-worthy it was – happy-sad OFC – Endgame so was it!
3. Ye Dil Mera
In YDM, we got to see the duo in vastly different characters, both with a past which closely linked them, to an unpredictable twist in their characters (and the plot). Aina and Amaan won our hearts, we walked the journey with them, we cried for Aman, and then for Aina, and we surrendered to the love that prevented them from destroying each other – hope was still alive, (thankfully), and that kept us going!
Tumhe dekh raha hoon aur apni khush qismati par naaz Kar raha hoon
AMaan
The secret is in the delivery, and who could utter this better than Ahad gazing into Sajal’s eyes?

Also, the entire scene was beautifully executed. Oh and can we talk about their nikkah scene? Itna khubsurat and this image gave us an extra heavy dose of love, as if, we needed any more?
Acha jee, so these were our favourite dialogues from their plays. Which ones your favorite? Let us know!
Wishing these 2 love birds a very happy First Anniversary and to many many more!
