ARY Digital airs first 2 episodes of Shehnai, under iDreams Production. It’s directed by Ahmed Bhatti, the man behind hits like Ghissi Pitti Mohabbat, Thora Sa Haq & Baydardi. Shehnai is a fun and comedic take on a love story. After the first episode, we’re here, with a new review and fresh views!
What’s Shehnai All About?
Meerab (Ramsha Khan) & Bakht (Affan Waheed), their lives joined together in an arranged mangni, are childhood friends who want to marry other people, but have not disclosed this to their parents due to some reasons.
Their families were bent upon getting them engaged & succeeded in doing just that.
Just when Bakht decides to run away from home & Meerab’s love interest threatens to kill himself with a gun, a miracle happens that might just save them both.
A Great Cast!
The cast, whether it’s the hero/heroine or the supporting cast, everyone matters! Shehnai didn’t shy away and showcase a stellar ensemble cast that we’re super excited to see!
Also, although Ramsha Khan as Bakht and Affan Waheed as Meerab shine in their respective roles, we are equally entertained by the likes of Shehnai stars Maham Aamir, Zainab Qayum, Nabeela Khan, Saleem Meraj, Javed Sheikh, Samina Ahmed, Nida Mumtaz, Javeria Abbasi & Behroze Sabzwari! Amazing, right?
We’re Not Spoiling The Story For You, Watch It For Yourself!
Shehnai has our attention & as of now, definitely worth a watch.
Although the story is nothing new to go by, yet the storytelling has us – this one’s very engaging & definitely watchable. So we’re surely waiting for episode 3!
