Summers are brutal on us and make our breakouts even worse! Here are three DIY toners that are good for your skin and easy to make, plus you won’t even have to break the bank!
1. Rose Water & Glycerin

Combine 4 tbsp rose water & 2 tbsp glycerin in an airtight spray bottle & shake well. You can keep this in the refrigerator for 4 weeks. Spray it when needed and it’ll instantly make your skin feel refreshed. We recommend the rose water by Saeed Ghani.
2. Green Tea & Milk

Take 1 tbsp milk & 1 tbsp green tea. Mix together & apply to the face with a cotton pad, you can keep this in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. The proteins and enzymes in milk help reduce wrinkles while the antioxidants in green tea help rejuvenate the skin. This is great for fighting anti-ageing at a grassroots level as well.
3. Rice Water

Take a half cup of rice & soak it in water so the rice is covered. Wait for a few minutes till the water turns cloudy. Pour this water into a glass jar & store it in the refrigerator. It will last for 4-5 days. The toner tightens enlarged pores & fades acne marks, so it’s a two-in-one treatment for your face!
