According to Wahaj, Riz posed him the greatest challenge of his career so far. Moreover, he explained with a twinkle in his eye, living for yourself (as Riz did), has its own charm and that’s exactly what Riz does.

Wahaj says that the message Riz delivered was very clear – never rush into love nor make decisions in haste. Riz was a husan parast insaan – hence he loved Noor, because she was beautiful. Moreover, Riz taught us that if a certain relationship is becoming toxic for someone, one must move out of it.

Wahaj says Sana doesn’t like Riz at all. She even says “You shouldn’t do such characters”. Whenever she watches that drama, she gets angry with me afterwards for 1 and half hours. Moreover he says he used to justify it by saying “but I am not like that”. He also says his wife was very happy with the ending of Riz & felt he deserved it!
Experience Working With Ramsha, Neelam and Yumna
The scenes I had with Ramsha as Samiya were my favourite, explains Wahaj, because we both used to really get into the scene and want to make it work!

He says as it was his 2nd project with both Ramsha and Neelam. Previously he had Mah-e-Tamaam with Ramsha and Dil Nawaz with Neelum. So he didn’t find it difficult to take on Ghisi Phiti Mohabbat & Bikhray Moti – a certain level of understanding already existed with his costars. “Both are such fantastic actresses and have such a strong grip on their work.”
Moreover, talking about Yumna. He says Dil Na Umeed was his first project with her and he was very nervous about it. “Working with her feels like everything is flowing like water.”

Wahaj says whenever he thinks about Ahad’s character in Bikhray Moti, Faiz’s poetry comes to mind.
