Ingredients:
Oats 3 tablespoon
Capsicum (1/2 cup)
Carrots (1/2 cup)
Onion 1 small
Tomato half
Green chillies (optional)
Egg 1
Recipe:
• First blend oats and then add required amount of water and mix it well.
• Chop vegetables in chopper. Or you can add chunks of veggies.
• Take a separate bowl and add one egg, salt, and pepper according to taste.
• Now add vegetables in the blended oats batter. Then add egg in the batter. Mix it well.
• Grease the pan and pour the batter into the pan. Cook it on medium flame.
2. Masala Oats As A Snack

Ingredients:
Salt (according to taste)
Red chili (according to taste)
Zeera (cumin seeds)
Onion 1 small
Peas ½ cup
Grated carrots ½ cup
Capsicum ½ cup
Oats 3 Tablespoon.
Recipe:
• Grease pan with 1 teaspoon oil.
• Add cumin seeds, all vegetables and stir fry them. Add some water cover the pan and let the
vegetables cook for a few seconds.
• Now add oats and cook for a few seconds

3. Tortilla Wraps For Lunch/Dinner

Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour 35-45 g
Boneless chicken piece raw 4 ounces ( size of your palm)
Yogurt 3 tablespoon
Onion 1 small
Cabbage ½ cup
Salt (according to taste)
Red Chilli (according to taste)
Recipe:
Sauté chicken in a greased pan using 1 teaspoon oil.
Add spices.
• Now make tortilla (size of your hand) and spread yogurt on it. Add chicken and vegetables.
Make a wrap and enjoy.
