While the drama highlights the impacts parent’s constant pressure & comparison can have on kids, can we really blame Mashal’s action solely on that?

Does Mashal own no onus of responsibility? Will Aswad really attempt suicide or is it just to create curosity in audiences?
Daer Aye Durust Aye

Baree daer ker dee, Mehreen ki ami aap ney aatay aatay…

What a powerful & emotional conversation between Mashal & Mehreen. Each sentence carried years of pain, sadness, unexpressed emotions & time that they lost – the moment really made you feel for them. At the outset, they were just like two girls, two cousins quarrelling & making up with each other, and many would connect with them.

Did Mashal actually try to save Mehreen? If yes, then what did Mehreen really say to Mashal that brought about such an extreme change in Mashal?

Living with guilt & regret every moment of your life & not being able to forgive yourself is one of the toughest punishments in life. Given that, do you think Aswad deserves to be at least heard by Mehreen once?
Mahira Khan delivers a powerful performance that wins our respect & applause. Usman Mukhtar proves that he can deliver emotions with such impact that they hit you hard, as now, despite everything, we feel for him. Kubra Khan portrayed a scheming, hurting & maybe even regretful Mashal with great clarity.
As HKKST nears it’s end, next week’s promo has us counting days and we’re wondering Kia hoga ab. Performances, setting and mood have us in their grip and make it more worth it.
