It was heartening to see Parizaad crying & remembering Naheed. He wanted her, loved her, but let her go & made the expression of his love so dignified. He chose pride & dignity over achieving his lifelong khwahish.
RJ Annie making a sculpture of Parizaad, that entire scene could have come off as high on the cringe scale, or inappropriate, but Shahzad Kashmiri, Yumna & Ahmed executed it brilliantly, so it was intensely appealing to the senses. yet dignified, and not inappropriate. A note of appreciation for that.
Did Parizaad feel the sculpture did not really reflect his true features? Was it too beautiful for the way he perceives himself, (and perceives how others see him)?
Parizaad continues on a soul searching journey. Will he ever overcome his love for Naheed? Will he eventually, make a connection of the hearts with RJ Annie? Though we might feel that Parizaad is a complete human being in himself, his sense of deprivation, and quest for true love continues.
Nasaaz returns & we loved how effortlessly, the conversation flowed between two old friends. That hug, those tears…what a heart-warming moment it was.
