Hamza’s character has been penned beautifully. He fights for justice but doesn’t let go of respect and dignity. He not only stands up for Hala but also stays with his mother, holding her hand as she sleeps. It is uplifting to see that his actions are not blinded by his wife or mother.
Dadi’s Comic Timing Is Just What The Drama Needed
Dadi makes us laugh despite her toxicity… “meray mernay ki wajah bhook hogee“. The drama highlights how Hala genuinely took care of dadi while the rest of the household dismisses her as a thing of the past.
Hamza And Hala’s Chemistry’s Cooking
It is endearing to see how Hala is coming around & the chemistry between Hala and Hamza is building up gradually, totally making us fall in love with their love story.
Unki choti choti batain, from Hamza offering to drop her with Dadi; as he leaves for work, telling her to change in 10 minutes, asking her what time she eats breakfast, helping her get into bed and so many more situations have us hooked & totally invested in the story.
Hala’s dialogues that she couldn’t believe someone could stand up for her made us teary-eyed. What about you?
The drama presents romance/love in a totally different way – as support, respect and care. The way Hamza explains everything to Hala, the way he is always there to help her out of a situation, the way he understands her even though she doesn’t express her feelings outwardly, is just another level of cuteness!
