Maya & Momin’s story is winning us and communicating some very important messages. Scroll down for FUCHSIA’s review of Dil-e-Momin.

We are happy to see that, for a change, both characters have manifested personal growth in their character arc, and instead of a sudden transition, the change is happening gradually.
Maya Is Winning Our Hearts!
Most importantly, Maya is changing for Allah’s sake, and not just for Momin. A message that is critical for our youth – to not change ourselves for someone we love but change for the better or for ourselves.
The fact that Maya seeks to better her knowledge & recitation of the Quran voluntarily sets an example that there is no age limit & it’s never too late in life to build a connection with Allah.
Momin’s conversation with Imam sahib was a gentle reminder to all not to judge people – It is Allah who knows what’s really in our heart.
Momin & Maya’s Relationship Finally Moves Forward
We are happy to see that Momin has finally started to accept Maya and even more so to see that he asks her for some time. What a great way to show that we always need time and space to transition from one relationship to another, and from one situation to another.
The positivity of Maya’s mother-in-law and sisters-in-law towards Maya is another lovely and heartening element of the drama.
