1) Peppermint Cooling Spray
What You’ll Need:
- 30 ml water (distilled)
- 6-8 drops peppermint oil
Shake well before use. Spray as required on face, eyes, arms, legs and feet.

2) Refreshing Peppermint Drink
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2 drops Peppermint oil
- Glass of water
- Ice and Lemon according to your personal preference
Put 1-2 drops of the oil in one glass of water. Add some ice and lemon for an instant cooler.

3) Cooling Peppermint Foot bath
What You’ll Need:
- 3 drops peppermint Oil
- 2 drops Lavender Oil
Mix with sea salt & dissolve in a basin full of water.
Enjoy a relaxing foot bath.
