Pakistani audiences are taken in by Turkish dramas. Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’d know that Turkish dramas are the ‘THING’. So much so that our Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed PTV to screen Ertugrul on the National Channel. And why not? The characters, the story, the dialogues have captivated Pakistani drama lovers as they rave about the Turkish content we should ALL be watching!. If you haven’t come across at least one person who’s raving Turkish, then you need to go places! Meanwhile, settle on our list of 3 Top Trending Turkish dramas and thank us later!

Turkish dramas actors

1. Fi

Obsessive love at its BEST! It’s about mystery, love and it’s dark. Beautifully shot and directed. (5/5)

Fi, Turkish dramas

Fi is about mystery, love and it’s dark. But we really like how it shows obsessiveness. A psychiatrist falls in love with a dancer and he turns the world upside down. Ironically, (twist in the tale), HE is the one who needed a psychiatrist.

2. Fazilet Hanim ve Kizlari

The Beauty is in the story! Relatable scenes, brilliant performances &  superb locations! (4/5)

Fazilet, Turkish dramas

This drama shows the struggles of a mother belonging to the lower strata of society, and she has 2 daughters. The beauty is in the story-telling. How the plot flips over, surprising you, and of course, the brilliant characterizations keep you hooked. Some very relatable scenes that resonate with the viewers and brilliant acting. Love the cast and locations!

3. Kara Para Ask

Duty vs Love. Being wealthy doesn’t necessarily mean being happy! Istanbul and Rome are stunning! (4/5)

Kara kara ask, Turkish dramas

A story that depicts some harsh real issues. Not all rich people are happy people, anyone can fall in love with the wrong person and it’s alright. Duty is duty, even if the criminal is your own flesh & blood. Breathtaking visuals of Istanbul and Rome.

There you have it. The holidays are near, and you have the perfect reason for staying in and binge watching to catch some seriously good content right from the comfort of your living room sofa! Enjoy, and tell us how it was!
