Heat butter in a pot, mix em’ up with garlic, spinach, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Boil pasta and pour the mixture on it! The dish is ready! (Don’t forget to sprinkle fresh basil, chili flakes and oregano over it!)
You know what’s the amazing part? you don’t need measured ingredients… add em’ up depending on your taste!
One Pan Mushroom & Chicken Fillet
Fry chicken fillets in a pan then transfer it onto a plate. In the pan add butter, flour, garlic ,mushrooms & spinach. Cook the sauce and pour onto the chicken fillets! Your light protein meal is ready to eat within 20 mins!
