Hard saying goodbye to summer? Well, we have an idea! Start off Fall 2020 with a brand new hairstyle. Perhaps something trending and unique for that ‘WOW’ factor?
Just like our wardrobes, our hair needs to be upgraded too from time to time. It gives you the feeling of a fresh start. Let’s be honest, After quarantine and workplaces opening, we can ‘do’ a little hairdo transformation!
Hair trends are the trend this season, esp. with Zoom calls taking over our lives, but fret not, we’ve unveiled the best ones for you, so you don’t have to hassle through the clutter, just watch and learn! Are you ready?
1. Curtain bangs
The 70s hair style has made a comeback!
What are curtain bangs?
They’re parted down the middle, giving your face a natural frame. They have wispy ends & are longer on the sides.
Best ways to style curtain bangs?
- Long & wavy
Use a wide-barreled curling iron to wave your hair. Then just run your hand through your hair to loosen the curls & get a perfect wavy texture.
- Messy ponytail
Style your bangs, then take the remaining hair & tie it into a messy ponytail… perfect for a casual look!
- Side swept braid
For this chic hairdo, take all your hair to one side & weave a loose braid!
2. One length
We’ve seen one length bob cuts but the good news is that this season you may not have to chop off all your hair. You can have long, medium, short, or one length hair!
How you can style them?
Use bobby pins or a funky pin to accessorize your hair.
- Simple sleek ponytail
Just tie your hair up in a pony! it can be a high ponytail or a loose one. Trust us it’ll look absolutely amazing!
- Give light waves or just keep ’em straight. Just like Kim Kardashian!
3. Wispy Waves
This look can go for all sorts of hair lengths and hair!
How you can style it?
- A boho-chic braid
It looks amazing with a side braid with a few strands of your hair let loose from the front.
- A messy bun
Not a full bun but a cute half bun. Push your hair to the back and take half of your hair and make a bun. Let the rest of your wavy hair loose!
4. Layered Curls
“Curly hair looks best when it’s shoulder length or longer, and with a few layers cut in to keep it from looking bottom-heavy or boxy,” says hairstylist Garren of the Garren New York salon.
Styling them is easy. Simply let them loose and go with the flow!
5. Cascade curls
This look is perfect for that classic red carpet look!
How to get the look?
With a medium barrel curling iron, curl your hair, take a brush and run it through your hair. Don’t forget to layer on the spray to keep the hair intact!
Getting a new look can be scary. Lots of questions go through your mind. “Will it look nice? will it suit me? Can I pull this off?” Keep one thing in mind. Be fierce, be confident and you can do whatever you want, even if it’s trying on a new look. So which style will you be trying?
I think this season, I’ll go with the one length hair.
