Can we just start off by saying, WHAT a match! What a high-on emotions, nail-biting, thrilling match between Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars. The latter finally got their moment and qualified for the finals, that too in Lahore, which was just a cherry on top for their fans and the team too! If we take a look at Lahore Qalandars’ PSL history, they had been perpetually losing, hence, they have never won a winning title in PSL. However, that may change tomorrow.
We don’t think it would be right to say one team over-shadowed the other, both performed brilliantly, but, Lahore Qalandars had slightly more luck on their side last night. Special mention for Shaheen Shah Afridi who people are commenting played like his father-in-law to be, Haris Rauf, and David Wiese who led Qalandars to their victory.
