Should Ayesha have questioned Basit & called him out on his duties as a son at the Janaza of his mother? Habs review.

What an emotional, interesting and heart touching episode with some fabulous performances from Irsa ghazal, Feroze Khan and Ushna Shah.
Ayesha jee, if you knew why Basit’s mom left him, you should have told him privately instead of questioning him before everyone at the Janaza. In any case, maybe you don’t really have the right to call him out when he is grieving and it is, after all, a matter between the mother and son.
Also, how can you undermine Basit’s dukh and grief. His mother did leave him at a very tender age, and no one has given him a valid explanation as yet, for this traumatic event in his childhood.
Basit’s mother had been living with him for so many days but never once did she try to make him sit down and explain what really happened. Can we blame Basit for harbouring all that rage against his mother?
Do parents deserve unconditional love even in such cases, when they near abandon their children?
Basit’s dialogues to Ayesha about his parents not caring about him were so emotional and impactful… they underscored the emotional trauma he underwent throughout his childhood.
Ayesha is gradually making a place in Basit’s life. What she says makes a difference to him.
Can we hope for a story between Bano and Fahad? Yes, oh yes. We seem to be rooting for that one even before we get any real feelers. What about you?
Did Basit feel just a tiny bit conscious or insecure about Fahad when he taunted him on not helping Ayesha in the kitchen.
Zoya meeting Aamir when no one is home was a reality that must have hit close to home for many. Perhaps, instead of trying to run away from home, she should ask Bano and Ayesha for help, to prevent her mom from marrying her to a guy not at all suitable for her.
