Tere Bin makes a comeback with an entertaining episode that kept us engaged and curious to know what happens next. To top it all, fans were treated to two heart winning scenes of Meerab and Murtasim.
Waiting for a miracle
As audiences, we are usually clear about our feelings for a character, a scene or a situation. But this situation with Mariam and Meerab is making us undergo conflicting emotions. On the one hand, we want Meerab to convince everyone, and we appreciate how the story is making that happen. But on the other hand, we know Mariam is in grave danger and we are scared for both her and Meerab. We hope and wait (anxiously and desperately) for a solution that will salvage Meerab’s decision to fight for Mariam and protect her.
It was definitely interesting how the drama portrayed Meerab’s relentless fight for Mariam and how Anwar too, had to be brought in to convince Ma Begum.
Cute moments
Meerab giving the silent treatment to Murtasim was cute. It is endearing to see how Meerab believes Murtasim will listen to her. Though she still doubts him, deep down she is so confident of her influence over him. She teases him when he is getting ready before the mirror, but she still doesn’t confess her love.
Cliched Much?
However, we wish the creators had used a more creative incident to depict this interaction rather the cliched use of the upside down magazine scene. We assume many predicted that Meerab must be holding it upside down and Murtasim will tell her just that.
What does Meerab Want?
Dear Meerab ab kiya chahiyya, he is doing everything you wanted him to, you also like him now, you trust him, he also wants you to continue your Law education, you are so confident that he won’t refuse your advice, but you refuse to grant him status and his rights as a husband?
Without really wanting to, even we are gravitating towards team Murtasim.
Can Meerab ever forgive Murtasim for this marriage?
Final thoughts
Anwar asks Murtasim to let Meerab continue her studies, but we would have liked it better if it had come from Murtasim himself. Oh Mariam, you really tested our patience. Kuch to bolti when Ma Begum kept blaming Meerab. Haya disappoints us tremendously. We were hoping she would realise the danger Mariam is in and would reveal the truth about Malik Zubair to Mariam, Meerab or Murtasim.
