Withdrawal symptoms might include irritability, fatigue, muscle stiffness, difficulty concentrating & chills. The severity may be affected by how much caffeine you’ve been ingesting regularly.

Pro Tip: Substitute your cup of coffee with a herbal tea (if you like your drink warm) or detox water or just plain old water (drink up) to overcome the separation anxiety!

3. Detox Gradually

To minimize the severity of withdrawal symptoms, decide on when you will be completely caffeine-free, set up a timeline & gradually replace coffee rather than cutting it down completely at once.

Pro Tip: Switch to half a cup and make your coffee less strong, then wean off gradually.

4. Treat The symptoms

First of all, combat fatigue with plenty of rest each night. When opting for a headache pain reliever, remember that some medications have caffeine in them, so Ibuprofen & water may be your best bet.

Pro Tip: Try pampering yourself with warm fluids (caffeine free of course) or even essential oils applied on the temple to ward off the withdrawal headache!

5. Increase your water intake
