Is Azlaan just angry & lost in his grief or he really doesn’t believe in Allah?

This Week’s Highlights
The highlight of the drama is the heart warming Bhaabhi-Nand duo. Azka starts college & we see the entry of Zain Ahmed. Can we expect a love triangle?

It is endearing to see Azlaan’s journey. We are travelling with him, experiencing his emotions as he battles with his unbearable pain, agony & loss of Shanaya, trying to come back to life through seeking revenge for her murder.
Although we were glad to see the return of the therapist in the drama & this time, Azlaan visited her willingly. However, her inability to respond to Azlaan’s frustration once again, disappointed us.
Something To Look Forward To
We were looking forward to the therapist helping him & also setting the right example for viewers.

Azlaan’s conversation with the Faqeer was thought provoking & shows the internal turmoil he’s fighting.
On The Bright Side
Kanwal jee you are just winning our heart with your positive attitude & love for Azka.
Azka starts college & meets Zain Ahmed. Are Azka & Zain meant to be together & how will Azlaan fit in the picture? We look forward to discovering this story.
Our Thoughts

Is Azka a bit spoilt? Shouldn’t she realise the pressure on bhaabhi & choose to commute by bus? It is very nice of Kanwal to arrange a taxi but Azka should also be considerate. What do you think?
One For The Suggestion Box!
Two things that could have been improved:
- The ragging scene with lizards was cliched & poorly executed.
- Zain introducing himself to the girls in the cafeteria – could have used some interesting lines there to strike up a conversation that kept us engaged & also, made his character more appealing for us. What do you think?
On That Note
Why do our dramas fall prey to depicting a Faqeer as the way to redirecting our hearts towards Allah? We were quite happy with professor Rehman’s guidance & we hope that thread is taken up again to help channel Azlaan’s inner Faith.
