2. Farhan Saeed as Hamza in Mere Humsafar
Our heart went out to Hamza as he reminds Hala about her qasam to never speak to him again, as he asks Roomi why she couldn’t trust her brother & as he confronts his mom that she already knew something. Hamza’s frustration, heartbreak & disappointment were depicted so aptly by Farhan Saeed.
3. Hira Khan as Roomi in Mere Humsafar
This episode belonged to Hira Khan. A round of applause for her as she showed the turmoil & qayamat Roomi underwent. What needs to be appreciated is, that Roomi was not a saint & had done her fair share of mean things, but still, Hira made us feel for Roomi, wishing that someone would help her and save her.
4. Saba Hameed as Shah Jahan in Mere Humsafar
What a character Shah Jahan is! There is no stopping her and no amount of logic can change her mind. Saba Hameed, who is an institution in herself for great performances, succeeds with flying colors in making us all detest Shah Jahan and to some extent, fear her.
5. Saad Qureshi As Zaheen In Woh Pagal Si
Saad is winning hearts and it won’t be wrong to say, making us all crush on Zaheen in the way he has portrayed Zaheen’s emotions and love for Sara.
6. Saba Faisal as Qudsia in Habs
Saba jee it is difficult to come up with words that are appropriate to appreciate your talent. We loved how you have portrayed Qudsia in Habs. So materialistic and so single mindedly focused on one thing. Despite losing a lot she didn’t let go of her pride before Zoya’s mother in law.
7. Adla Khan as Bitto in Kaala Doriya
Adla Khan wins us with her natural performance as Bitto. She is simple and makes you feel for her. Her concern and laad for her dewar made us a fan.
8. Hareem Sohail as Zarka in Wabal
Mention worthy performance by Tehreem as the girl whose parents are leaving her with Shagufta in exchange for money. She made us all fear for her character. We look forward to seeing her work in the drama
9. Babar Ali as Ahsan Hayat in Woh Pagal Si
From feeling betrayed by Sara, to getting irritated by Shazma’s overbearing questions, Baber Ali delivers a very realistic and convincing performance.
