Her concept to promote this strategy was consciously surrounding some of the most powerful and famous people in the world, what else could have been a better medium to convey her message about taxing the rich. Why, to have it on her red dress? This democratic activist wore a white gown by Brother Vellies, splashed with the political slogan across. The outfit was finished touch with a pair of red shoes from Brother Vellies, with long laces and bright flowers along the heel. Her bag also states “tax the rich” to drive the message home. Ocasio-Cortez the only politician to attend the Met Gala.
5. Billie Eilish- Old Hollywood Glam, “Holiday Barbie”

She dolled up wearing a low-cut blush pink tulle gown designed by Oscar de la Renta, gracefully draped over the Gala carpet also her short bob blond hair framing facial boundaries, giving a Marilyn Monroe vibe. Moreover, Billie Eilish wore her Oscar de la Renta Met Gala dress on one condition – she convinced the designer to go completely fur-free before she stepped out onto the red carpet wearing her gown!
