“I don’t speak Korean and he [Jung Kook] knows a few English words. But we literally communicated in music,” – Charlie Puth. BTS’ Jungkook just came out with his first-ever song after the band’s announcement of a hiatus, in collaboration with Charlie Puth & here’s what we think!

Tremendous Success
Left & Right topped the iTunes Top Songs Charts in over 95 different countries, as soon it came out. On the other side, the music video has quickly surpassed 31 million views after being released and continues to grow further.
Left and Right will be featured in Puth’s upcoming self-titled album, Charlie. And is the first solo project by a member of BTS to be released after the group announced its hiatus.
More On The Song
Starting off with the music video, it has a very clean & minimalist production whilst still being fun & funky, but let’s focus on what matters, the vocals.
In the song, Jungkook and Charlie Puth remanence their past relationships and the memories of “the one that got away” that follow them around left & right. They end up visiting a love doctor because they are so hopelessly in love with their exes, and want to get some help.
Even though the storyline is a sad aspect of ‘not being able to get over an ex’ the song is surprisingly layered with a catchy & cheery and an upbeat vibe. And well, when two extremely talented artists with perfect vocals collaborate, of course, the song is going to be a BOP.
