Check out if your favourite actor made it to our list of “Actors Who Impressed” this week! From Saba Faisal, Mahira Khan and more.

1. Mahira Khan as Mehreen in HKKST

What a heart wrenching, ankh ko num kerdenay wali performance. It was difficult not to be moved & feel Mehreen’s pain & not have tears in your eyes.
2. Usman Mukhtar as Danyal in Sinfe-e-Aahan

Usman’s expressions were so on-point making us all laugh out loud. It is a talent to make people laugh without going over the top & Usman Mukhtar did it.
3. Saba Faisal as Momin’s mom in Dil-e-Momin

Love this graceful look of Saba jee with subtle makeup. Saba Faisal made us feel the kashmakash of a woman who wants to be there for her son but also struggles to support her sister, despite the disappointment of knowing her sister couldn’t standing by her.
4. Yumna Zaidi as RJ Annie in Parizaad

Yumna wins us over with a cute, endearing & lovable performance as RJ Annie. The last scene was shot with such grace so as not to make her out as a bechari – she walks out without a tear or a need to explain herself.
5. Ahmed Ali Akbar as Parizaad

Waah what a performance spanning a range of emotions… we saw the controlled yet deep & undeniable anger within Parizaad for the first time, then him cautioning himself about his feelings for Annie, the wise Parizaad addressing Kamali & then the kind-hearted Parizaad handing out a naseehat to the child.
6. Sajal Aly as Shanaya in Ishq-e-laa

Loved, loved the light-hearted yet thought provoking Shanaya. Sajal wins us over with some very cute & adorable expressions, making Shanaya irresistibly likeable. She then delivers some serious dialogues in an impactful manner, hitting you hard.
7. Shameem Hilaly as Neeli’s mother in law in Neeli Zinda Hai

A powerful performance that actually makes you fear the character. Her intensely evil nature can be felt across the screen.
8. Bilal Abbas Khan as Maahir in Dobara

Maahir you wept & showed us that men have emotions too. Bilal has captured the carefree, yet sensitive side of Maahir to perfection & we’re loving it!
9. Hadiqa Kiani as Mehroo in Dobara

Mehroo you have resonated with so many women. Your inner battle between ‘Motherhood vs Womanhood’ was so sensitively portrayed, we felt for you. Hadiqa has portrayed the range of emotions so aptly – we feel for her every step of the way.
10. Adnan Samad as Abid in Ishq-E- Laa

Adnan has spun a negative character with such an artful skill. The accent, the sense of ownership for Azka, the colorful attire, all come together to add flavour to Abid. Well done Adnan we’re loving it!
11. Meerub as Gul Khanzada in Sinfe-e-Aahan

Meerub is giving us uber cute feels as Shaista’s sister in Sinfe-e-Aahan. Her ‘partner in crime’ bonding with her sister and her supportive yet teasing nature towards Shaista is giving us both affectionate feels & comic relief in one! Keep going Meerub, we’re loving it!
12. Syra Yousuf as Aarzoo in Sinfe-e-Aahan

Syra mapped out Aarzoo’s journey beautifully. We felt for the young girl who is cornered into compromising for her future, who struggles to make hard choices that she’d rather not make. Syra subtle yet sensitive portrayal of Aarzoo is winning us over.
