1. Chocolate and Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick oats

Method:
- In a pan mix butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk – stir until it starts to simmer.
- Let it boil for 1 minute.
- Turn the stove off and add in the oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Mix well and then with the help of a medium-sized ice cream scoop, take the batter and set it on a baking tray.
- Let it cool for 30 minutes and then leave it in the fridge for half an hour more and enjoy!
2. No-Bake Choco Chip Cookies
You’re confused? Don’t be fooled because these cookies turn out to be amazing every single time and are my go-to comfort food. Moreover, they’re quick and fun to make!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method:
- Melt the butter and brown sugar and continuously whisk. Then add in the milk and vanilla.
- Next, add in oat flour and mix well to form a textured dough.
- Time for the chips, add and fold!
- Set a baking tray with parchment paper and take 2tbsp of the dough and roll into a ball, gently press and set on the prepped baking tray.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Tip: If you don’t have oat flour, just take whole oats and crush them in a blending machine. You’ll have oat flour easily available in no time!
